Utilising state of the art 3D SCANNERS, we can take an existing object and convert it into a DIGITAL VERSION.

Perfect for reverse engineering heritage pieces that need bringing back to life. Other applications include scanning hand made models and found objects.

MODELLING

CAD / DIGITAL MODELLING allows ideas to be sculpted with infinite numbers of possibilities. Non detrimental changes can be made to compare different ideas, before committing to the manufacture of a physical model.

Send us a hand drawn SKETCH, FOUND OBJECT, EXISTING PRODUCT, TECHNICAL DRAWING, or even just an IDEA in your head and we will transform this into a DIGITAL 3D VERSION.

A variety of RAPID PROTOTYPING technologies are used to produce physical models, ready for the production of BLOCK/CASE MOULDS for use in SLIP CASTING.

The most appropriate method will be selected depending on the intended use. We can always produce PROTOTYPE MODELS at a lower cost to assess design details/options, before committing to a final model, ready to hand over to a MOULD MAKER.

We are also able to help with the recommendations of suitable mould makers and ceramic producers that we work alongside within the STOKE-ON-TRENT region, to ensure you are able to swiftly take a design through to manufacture.
